Hello, my name is Charles Inniss. I am both a physical therapist and personal trainer and my goal is to help you to get in better shape.

I have always loved athletics. I played basketball in high school and ran track in college.

I earned my Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Boston University, and have been certified as a personal trainer by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as well as the National Acadamy of Sports Medicine.

Over the past 10+ years in fitness and rehab, I have been teaching students in health and fitness classes and also working with gym members and personal training clients.

I truly have a passion for helping people to live happier and healthier lives, and that is one of the main reasons I created this website.

My goal is to make this website the best resource on the internet for information about arm exercises, upper body workouts, upper body flexibility, and upper body pain and injuries.

I'll do my best to provide clear and helpful information, so it will be up to you to take the information and put it into action.

Even though we may not have met, I want you to think of me as your personal trainer and use my website as a free resource to reach your goals.
